Leah Lockwood

Mrs. Leah Larene Lockwood, 54, of Cabot, AR., passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Hospice Home Care of Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Lockwood was born in Pocahontas, AR., on November 16, 1958. She was a bookkeeper for Shurley English, Inc. in Cabot, AR. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching her sons sporting events and attending church. She was a faithful and active member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Cabot.

She married her husband Mark Steven Lockwood on November 1, 1980. He survives. Other survivors include two sons Zach Lockwood and wife Lauren of Cabot, AR., Cole Lockwood of Searcy, AR.; her parents Charles and Reghina Wise of Corning, AR.; two brothers Rick Wise and wife Debbie of Pocahontas, AR., Roger Wise and wife Kristy of Corning, AR.; three sisters Jill McGrew of Biggers, AR., Gretchen Wise Knowles of Springfield, MO., Tanna Wise of Paragould, AR.; her precious grandchildren Lexie and Baily Lockwood; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her uncle Jay Wise and brother-in-law Ronald McGrew.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 21, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Terry Fortner and Bart Baker officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, January 21, 2013 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
