Mr. Leroy William Howe, 77, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Mr. Howe was born in Lansing, MI., on September 29, 1939. He worked at McKinney Auto Sales, Hart Manufacturing, and was an automotive painter. He enjoyed going to yard sales, fixing things, hunting, and fishing.
He married his wife of 27 years Mrs. Pat Howe on July 20, 1960 in Ann Arbor, MI. She preceded him in death on September 26, 1987.
He is survived by six children Karl Howe and wife Toni of Malden, MO., Jeff Howe of Hot Springs, AR., Denise and husband Claude McPike of Hot Springs, AR., Dawn Howe (Steve VanNada) of Corning, AR. Leroy Howe of Lansing, MI., Michael Howe of Lansing, MI.; one brother Raymond Howe of Lexington, KY.; one sister Wanda Howe of Lansing, MI.; nine grandchildren Tiffany Clements White, Jennifer Clements Stell, Jennifer Howe Oakley, Christopher Howe, Nick Howe, Grace VanNada, Savannah Howe, Jeremy Azbell, Samantha Azbell; five great-grandchildren Aiden, Tristan, Connor, Riley, and Arya.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents William and Ann (Shultz) Howe; one brother Jerry Howe and one sister Alice Howe.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, AR., with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 1:00 PM until the time to leave for services in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
