Mr. Limual Lesley Tate, 68, of Knobel, AR., passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014 at home. Mr. Tate was born in Walnut Ridge, AR., on November 7, 1945. He was a carpenter and enjoyed strumming guitar.
He married he wife of 48 years Sharon Colleen (Luttrell) Tate on August 2, 1965. She survives. Other survivors include two sons Greg Tate and wife Tammy of Knobel, AR., Grant Tate of Knobel, AR.; one daughter Gelana Thouvenin of Knobel, AR.; two brothers Donnie Tate of Bono, AR., Nick Tate of Bono, AR.; three sisters Gail Knight of Bono, AR., Glenda Kay Pulliam of Aurora, IL., Phyllis Ashby of Knobel, AR.; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde L. and Myrl (Rush) Tate; and one sister Linda Ruth Tate.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 12:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the services Hosea Cemetery in Knobel. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
