Linda Harmon

Linda Harmon, 71, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away February 26, 2022 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Mrs. Harmon was born June 10, 1950 in Corning. She was a homemaker, but had also worked as a waitress and cook. She enjoyed singing in church, cooking, bible study, and spending time with her family and friends. She had been a member of Dunbar Hill Community Church in Knifley, KY.

Survivors include her husband Vernon Harmon of Columbia, KY; son Wesley Harmon; mother Tina and Papa Gene Elder of Corning; brother Rick Yandell of Corning, Richard (Patsy) Smith of OK, Jack (Freddie) Yandell of MO and William (Crystal) Yandell of AR; sisters Derinda (Gary) Sheppard of Harviell, MO, Kathy Butler of Corning, Sherry Presslar of MO, Vickie (Stan) Gardner of MO, and Bennetta Phillips of MO; grandchild, Vanessa; dearest friends Darrell and Diane Tucker; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Eunis Yandell, Eva Fay Yandell, and Betty Yandell; brothers Eddie James and Jimmy Yandell; and niece April Yandell.

Visitation will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at 12 noon. Burial will be at Corning Cemetery.
