Mrs. Lois Eason, 76, of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, February 11, 2011 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, AR.
Mrs. Eason was born in Jonesboro, AR., she was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her husband Jack Eason of Corning, AR.; seven sons Earl Eason and wife Janet of Poplar Bluff, MO., Archie Eason of Paragould, AR., Roger Eason and wife Evelyn of Corning, AR., Tim Eason and wife Christy of Paragould, AR., Leslie Eason and wife Kathy of Corning, AR., Kenny Eason and wife Brenda of Corning, AR., and Bradley Eason and wife Tammy of Corning, AR.; one brother Elmer Metcalf of Jonesboro, AR.; one sister Lettie Wilkerson of Jonesboro, AR.; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by parents Lee Summers and Margeret (Shelton) Summers-Metcalf; three brothers Curtis, Buddy, and Leslie Summers; and one sister Virginia Summers.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Ron Moseley officiating. Burial will follow the service in Richwoods Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Sunday, February 13, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
