Lucian Segraves

Mr. Lucian Segraves, 72, of Paragould, AR., passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011 at his daughter’s home in Gainesville, MO. Mr. Segraves was a retired truck driver for Leeway Transportation, Inc. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corp. He was a member of the Veteran's of Foriegn War and Frontier Baptist Church.
He married his wife Guadalupe “Lupe” (Avalos) Segraves on December 26, 2001. She survives. Other survivors include four children Lora anf husband Donald Penton of Houston, TX., Martha and husband Darrell Eliott of Pontiac, MO., Oscar Gonzales of Hyland, TX., Larry Rebels of Corning, AR.; twelve grandchildren Katelynn Gonzales, Caleb Gonzales, Kennan Gonzales, Christian Gonzales, Jennifer Rios, Mario Rios, Jr., Theresa Rios, Tiffany Penton, Geena Penton, Isabella Penton, Darrell Eliott, Jr., Jackalyn Eliott; five great-grandchildren Genesis Rios, Evelyn Kitmanyen, Payton Benware, Noah Rios, and Emily Rios.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Vincent and Ruby (Lavone) Segraves; brother Danny Segraves; two sisters Billy Jean Cleaveland and Charolette Medcalf.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM in Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Robinson and Darrell Eliot officiating. Burial will follow the service Richwoods Cemetery in Corning. Public visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
