Mrs. Lue Alma Park, 88, of Poplar Bluff, MO., formally of both Piggott, AR., and Corning, AR., passed away Friday, December 28, 2012 at Belle Meade Healthcare in Paragould, AR. Mrs. Park was born in Success, AR., on January 22, 1924. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading the Scriptures, teaching Bible lessons and volunteer work. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff.
She married her husband Ralph Park on July 4, 1948, he preceded her in death on August 5, 1975.
She is survived by two sons Dan Holland of Jonesboro, AR., Don Holland of Wichita, KS.; two daughters Brenda Ward of Memphis, TN., Janet Halstead of Austin, TX.; eight grandchildren; fifthteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Frank and Senia (Cockrum) Berry; two sisters Zelma Fowler, Wilma Berry; four brothers Cort Berry, Roscoe Berry, Richard Berry and Leon Berry.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Luther Abbott officiating. Burial will follow in Richwoods Cemetery in Corning. Visitation will be held Monday, December 31, 2012 from 1:30 PM until the time of service.
