Lurel Rose Cox

Lurel “Rose” Cox, 90, of Sherwood, Arkansas, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home in Sherwood on February 12th, 2021.

Rose was born January 12, 1931 in Success.  She attended school in Success, in St. Louis (MO), and graduated from Corning High School in 1948.  She was retired from Keathley Patterson in North Little Rock where she served as the Credit Manager.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Myrtle Baker of Reyno, and her husband, Oliver E. Cox of Corning.  She is survived by her children, Denise Land of Fayetteville, AR, Olivia Kuebler of Kansas City (MO), and Oliver E. Cox II of Rogers, AR.  She had eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The family will conduct a private memorial service at a later date.
