Mrs. Mabel Gould, 88, of Rockford, IL., passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010 at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. Mrs. Gould was born in Supply, AR., she was employed by GC Electronics for many years, she thoroughly enjoyed gardening and making her beautiful embroidered quilts.
She was married to husband Herman Eugene "Gene" Gould, he preceded her in death in 1984.
She is survived by one son Jerry Gould; four grandaughters Penny and husband Steve Ratzlaff, Diana and husband Larry Kite, Michelle and husband James Simmons, Jennifer and husband Hector Rodriguez; great-grandchildren Kyle (Ashley), Kallob, Gregory, Allison, Kellen, Brooklyn, Leighton, Samuel; two brothers Jake Duff and wife Ruth, AJ Duff; one sister Virginia Hampton; and many nieces and newphews.
She was peceded in death by husband Gene Gould; parents Andrew and Alma (Crowell) Duff; son and daughter-in-law Bob and Carol Gould; four brothers Sebert, Niles, Rector and Warren Duff; four sisters Rosline McWilliams, Ruth Jenkins, Viola and Iola Duff.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. burial will follow the service in the Maynard Cemetery at Maynard, AR. Pubilic visitation will be Thursday, December 30, 2010 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
