Mae Lamborn Kirby

Mae Lamborn Kirby, 65, of Corning, AR., passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Saint Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Kirby was born December 30, 1956 in Corning, AR. She was the namesake of she and her husband’s business, Mae Mae’s Treasures Flea Market in Corning. She enjoyed flea marketing, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith.

On June 5, 1976, she married Jerry Kirby. They celebrated their 46 ^th wedding anniversary this past June. Other survivors include their children Brandy Arnold and Jason Kirby, both of Corning, AR.; and Charles Spence of Seattle, WA.; brothers Troy Lamborn of Quincy, IL., Dale Lamborn of Milton, TX., and Wayne Lamborn of Corning, AR.; sisters Betty Bass of Corning, AR., Pat Lamborn of Oklahoma City, OK., and Minnie Craft of Batesville, AR.; grandchildren Jaydon, Cayley, Jacob, and Aiden; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Opal (Burkett) Lamborn; brothers Curt, Jay and Gene Lamborn; and sister Crystal Sutton.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Don Martin officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery.
