Miss Magdalene Hubbard, 101, of Success, AR., passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Miss Hubbard was born in Prescott, AR., on December 26, 1915. Miss Hubbard honorably served in the United States Coast Guard. She was a retired school teacher. She loved to read. She was a member the Eastern Star and the Success First Baptist Church.

She is survived by one sister Linda Hanson of Lumas, CA and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents Albert Therman and Carrie (Pirtle) Hubbard; five brothers James Otis Hubbard, Ira Hubbard, Junior Hubbard, Bo Hubbard, Joe Hubbard; two sisters Pauline Holden and Kara Sue Rholing.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Success First Baptist Church in Success, AR., with Reverends Logan McCourtney and Steve Patterson officiating. Burial will follow services at Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9:00 AM until the time od service also at Success First Baptist Church.
