Marcia Dobbins

Mrs. Marcia Diane Dobbins, 54, of Corning, AR., passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at home. Mrs. Dobbins was born in Paragould, AR., on September 27, 1959. She was a L.P.N. and spent most of her career caring for patients in nursing homes. She enjoyed very much spending time with her grandchildren, visiting with family, fishing and shopping. She was of the Christian faith.

She married her husband of 32 years Bill Dobbins on March 30, 1979. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2011.

She is survived by three sons Billy Dobbins and wife Laura of Reyno, AR., Wade Dobbins and wife Natosha of Corning, AR., Micheal White and wife Jesse of Corning, AR.; one daughter Brandy and Daniel Kennedy of Corning, AR.; three brothers Ronnie Nicely and wife Linda Hardee of Paragould, AR., Jim Lucy and wife Mearline of Knob, AR., Lindell Lucy and wife Tammy of Knob, AR.; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Doyne and Myrtle (Mason) Lucy; one son Jason Dobbins; one sister Janet Lucy and a nephew Derek Lucy.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 5:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robert Moore officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rock Springs Cemetery in Knob, AR. Visitation will be conducted Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
