Mrs. Marilyn Gayle Pickrell, 57, of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at home. Mrs. Pickrell was born in Paragould, AR., on August 13, 1956. She was a homemaker. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She married her husband Calvin Pickrell on January 4, 1979. He survives. Other survivors are two sons Heath Stephens of Las Vegas, NV., Brandon Pickrell of Corning, AR.; one daughter Heather Taylor of Corning, AR.; her mother Alice Smith of Corning, AR.; one brother John Ray Smith, Jr. of Easton, KS.; two sisters Diane Leach of Corning, AR., Paula Stormes of Corning, AR.; four grandchildren Meaghan, Triston, Cole, Alora; several nephews, nieces, other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father John Ray Smith; brother Ricky Smith and sister Patricia Morgan.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, October 21, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
