Mr. Henry Marlin Rice, 69, of Salesville, AR., passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Regency Hospital in Springdale, AR. Mr. Rice was born in McDougal, AR., on October 23, 1943. He was a retired mechanic, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was Pentecostal in faith.
He is survived by one son Henry Marlin Rice, Jr. of Poplar Bluff, MO.; three brothers Loyd Rice of Ravenden, AR., Virgil Rice of McDougal, AR., Owen Rice of Corning, AR.; two sisters Louise Fennell of Piggott, AR., Carolyn Morrisett of Pollard, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents Garland Owen and Gladys Mae (Hopkins) Rice and one brother Billy Gerald Rice.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wilford Beecher officiating. Burial will follow the services in Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, AR. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
