Ms. Mary Elizabeth Jett, 58, of Corning, AR., passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Ms. Jett was born in Knobel, AR., on August 8, 1952. She was a member of the House of Prayer in Corning.
She is survived by two brothers Jon Jett of Cherokee Village, AR., David Jett of Cherokee Village, AR.; two sisters Ruby Taylor of Bakersfield, CA., Peggy Young of Corning, AR.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents Arthur James and Cornelia Rea (Hastings) Jett; two brothers Arthur Clark and Landis Earl Jett; two sisters Frances Forrest and Arthurene Britton.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jimmy McMasters officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Bond Cemetery at Knobel, AR. Public visitation will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 1:00 PM until the time of services.
