Mary Alice Lee

Ms. Mary Alice Lee, 73, of Biggers, AR., passed away Monday, August 2, 2010 at Saint Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Ms. Lee was born in Corning, AR., She was a retired sewing machine operator and homemaker, since retiring Ms. Lee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and was pursuing her Master's Degree. She enjoyed making clothes and spending time on the computer, she was a member of the Reyno Baptist Church.

She is survived by nine children Janet Smith of Petersburg, VA., Kenneth Lee of Dierks, AR., Earnest Lee of Ash Flat, AR., Liz Lee of Biggers, AR., Pat Duckworth of Pocahontas, AR., Anita Wiedeman of Pocahontas, AR., George Lee of Hardy, AR, Lisa Oliver of Biggers , AR., and CJ Lee of Biggers, AR.; three brothers Billy, Ted, and Marvin Cobb; two sisters Hilda Rice and Jane Conyers; 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents Earl and Wilma (Richardson) Cobb; husbands George W. Lee and Dell Adams; two sisters Joan and Martha; one granddaughter and one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tommy Medley and Brother Jimmy McMasters officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be Friday, August 6, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
