Mrs. Monita McGrew Williams, 78, of Success, AR., passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Williams was born in Success, AR., on April 11, 1936. She was a homemaker, a past cafeteria worker and bus driver for Crowley's Ridge Academy and the Corning and Paragould School Districts. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, fishing, sewing, painting with oils and cooking. She was a member of the Current View Church of Christ.
She married her husband of 61 years Orbra Williams on September 26, 1953. He survives, other survivors include three children Renee Jones of Batesville, AR., Mark Williams of Springfield, MO., Michelle Cupp of Batesville, AR.; one brother Benny McGrew of Corning, AR.; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Sylvia (Crowell) McGrew.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce McGrew officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hitt Cemetery in Success, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
