Myrna Stacy

August 7, 1938 — November 4, 2025

Corning

Myrna Joyce Stacy was one of four children born to Harold Carlos and Beatrice Lorene (Sims) Good. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Myrna passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the age of 87. She was born on August 7, 1938, in Lake City, Arkansas.

Growing up in rural Arkansas, Myrna spent much of her life on a farm. From picking cotton as a young girl to driving tractors later in life, she learned the value of hard work and family. Myrna was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker for the majority of her life. She took great pride in caring for her family - always making sure they had lunches packed for school trips, hand-sewn costumes for Halloween and school plays, and special outfits for homecoming or church.

Holiday meals were always a special time for Myrna. She loved cooking for her family and bringing everyone together around the table - creating memories filled with laughter, love, and her delicious home-cooked food. Those gatherings were a reflection of the warmth and care she poured into everything she did. She proudly passed down her love for cooking to her children and grandchildren, teaching them not only her recipes but also the joy of gathering and sharing meals made with love.

Later in life, Myrna found her greatest joy in her grandchildren. She was their biggest supporter, faithfully attending their activities, events, and hobbies. Her love and encouragement were constants in their lives, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.

Myrna also deeply loved her church and church family. As a devoted member of Reyno First Baptist Church, she was always among the first to arrive and eager to serve in any way she could. Her faith, kindness, and servant's heart were evident to all who knew her.

Myrna is survived by her children Jimmy Dale (Carol) Morris, Rhonda (Ricky) Carter, Angela (Heath) Crider, and Kelley (Chad) Watson, stepchildren Pamela Crismon, Janet (Gary) Tritch, Mark (Barbara) Stacy, Cheryl (Patrick) Berry, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Charles Stacy; an infant son; her daughter, Vicki Diane Stacy; her parents, Harold Carlos and Beatrice Lorene Good; her brothers, Hoyt and Steve Good; and her sister, Marlene Gail Walker.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Mission Outreach of NEA in Paragould, AR., at https://www.missionoutreachnea.com/donate in Myrna's memory.

Myrna's life was a beautiful reflection of love, faith, and family - a legacy that will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know her.
