Mrs. Naomi Arnold, 87, of Corning, AR., passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Mrs. Arnold was born in Peach Orchard, AR., on July 18, 1925. She enjoyed genealogy and sewing. She was a fifty year member of the Extention Homemakers Club and also a member of the Church of Christ in Corning.
She married her husband of forty-eight years Austin W. Arnold on August 7, 1946 in Corning, AR. he preceded her in death on March 22, 1995.
She is survived by three children Kathleen Lynnette Arnold of Corning, AR., Dale Arnold and wife Patricia of Imboden, AR., Anne and husband R.J. Stone of Marion, AR.; one sister Janis Spinks of Clarksdale, MS.; five grandchildren Cara and husband Troy Cox, Amy and husband Chris Enger, Dale Arnold Jr., Kathryn Stone, Olivia Stone; three great-grandchildren Madison Cox, Whitley Cox and Cameron Cox.
She was preceded in death by two husbands Erwin “Pepper” Martin and Austin W. Arnold; her parents Ervin J. and Eunice Grace (Phillips) Clark.
Funeral services will be conducted graveside Monday, November 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Greene County Memorial Gardens in Paragould, AR., with Kippy Woods officiating. Visitation will
be held Monday, November 5, 2012 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Paragould Childrens Home.
