Norma Jean Dougan, 83, of Cash, passed away May 26, 2026 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Dougan was born November 21, 1942 in Success. She had many accomplishments throughout her life, the most important to her was her children, grandchildren, husband, and her faith in God. She enjoyed spending her time with her family and reading her Bible. She had been through many hardships, but always relied on her faith in God to carry her through.

On January 16, 1965, she married Gordan Robert Dougan. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2017. She was also preceded in death by parents Norman and Bessie (Ainley) Knowlton, brothers Keith and Donnie Knowlton, grandson Ashton.

She was the matriarch of the Dougan family, survivors include her children, LaDonna Jean Dougan, sons Caleb and Caden, Brenda Rodefelt, sons Nathan and Scott, Jess Dougan, daughters Jessica and Brooklynne, Mathew Dougan, daughters Abby and Bailey and Dana Sparlin, children Gavin and Jocelynne; brother Rudy (Patsy) Knowlton and Janis Farley; 14 grandchildren; and Several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday May 29, 2026 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 2 p.m. with Bro. Steve Sparlin officiating. Burial will be at Black Cemetery, Success.
