Norma Jean Weaver

Jean Weaver, 82, of Corning, AR., passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice in Jonesboro, AR. Ms. Weaver was born January 30, 1942, in Corning, AR. She was an in-home caregiver. Jean enjoyed quilting, stamp collecting and photography. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her sisters Wilma Glasgow, Peggy McKinney, both of Corning, AR., and Shirley (Ronnie) Baker of Paragould, AR.; brother William “Feeker” Weaver of Corning, AR.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Myrtle (Cash) Weaver; brothers Alfred Jr., Billy, Jessie and Charles “Butch” Weaver; and sisters Alice Smith and Judy Glasgow.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Bro. Charles Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Cantwell Cemetery near Corning.
