Nyla White

Nyla White, 83, of Paragould, formerly of Corning, passed away February 6, 2021 at The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade in Paragould.

Mrs. White was born March 14, 1937 in Brookings. She was retired from Basler Electric and enjoyed cooking, flowers, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

On January 1, 1971, she married Bill White. They recently celebrated their 50 ^th wedding anniversary. Other survivors include her daughter Karla (Steven) Fairchild of Paragould; brothers Avon and Phillip Kepner of Peach Orchard; grandchildren Christopher and Justin (Mandy) White, Hannah, Zachary, and Kodi Fairchild, Sadie White; and great grandchildren Ellie, Nora, and Bailey White.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer Irvin and Hattie Mahala (Dodd) Kepner; son Greg White; brothers Willis and Harry Kepner; and sister Cecil Kepner.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 2 p.m. with Terry Milburn officiating. Burial will be at Brownie Cemetery in Peach Orchard.
