Ola Mae Wilkinson

Ms. Ola Mae Wilkinson, 89, of Pocahontas, AR., passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Pocahontas Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Wilkinson was born November 27, 1932 in Peach Orchard, AR., the daughter of Gilbert Martin and Finnie Jane (Cash) Wilkinson. She was a homemaker. Although she never married, she had many nieces and nephews whom she helped raise. She loved her family and many very special friends. She loved to play cards, tell stories, and most of all, she loved going to church. She was a member of Delaplaine Baptist Church but since the death of her beloved nephew, William Wilkinson, she has attended Oak Grove Baptist Church in Attica, AR.

She is survived by several great nephews and nieces, Steven Joseph Wilkinson, Christina Lewis, Shay Wyatt and Don Ricker.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her wonderfully blended family of brothers and sisters, Elmer, Ed, Joe Jim and Ruby Ward, Mildred Jarvis, Lorene Ricker and Lucille Boyd; and her special nephew who was like her brother, William E. Wilkinson.

Visitation will be held  Sunday, July 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 3:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will the services at Pirtle Cemetery in Peach Orchard, AR.
