Olivia Lynn Creameans was born into heaven on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.
She is survived by her parents Albert and Catherine (Trout) Creameans of the home; twin sister Allyssa Lee Creameans of the home; grandparents Jack Creameans of Corning, AR., Rick and Debbie Trout of Fisk, MO.; great-grandmother Claudia Kohlbrecher of Mountain Home, AR.; uncle Richard Trout of Bernie, MO.; and aunts Michelle Trout of Fisk, MO., and Andrea Creameans of Mountain Home, AR.
She was preceded in death by grandmother Kim Creameans.
Graveside funeral service will be conducted Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of services.
