Oneta Cathcart

Mrs. Oneta Cathcart, 62, of Reyno, AR., passed away Thursday Decemeber 9, 2010 at Saint Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Cathcart worked in the shipping department of a local factory, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Reyno, AR.

She married her husband Mellville Warren Cathcart, Jr. on November 13, 1967. He survives. Other suvivors include her mother Evelyn (Knox) Berry of Pocahontas, AR.; two sons Scott Cathcart of Chesapeake, VA., Keithel Berry and wife Beth of Jonesboro, AR.; one daughter Kim and husband Anthony Wantulok of Pocahontas, AR.; four brothers Harold Berry and wife Geraldine of Maynard, AR., Leon Berry and wife Cathy of Marmaduke, AR., Byron Berry of Pocahontas, AR., Daina Berry and wife Susie of Corning, AR.; two sisters Theresa Sheeley of Baton Rouge, LA., Dametra Berry of Rockford, IL.; and five grandchildren Anthony Cathcart, Toni Wantulok, Jessica Berry, Clay Berry and Erica Tiner.

She was preceded in death by father Franklin Leon Berry; son Byron Dale Berry and brother James Tilburn Berry.


Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 12, 2010 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Reyno, AR. with Reverend Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will follow the service in Johnston Cemetery near Reyno. Public visitation will be Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
