Mrs. Patsy Maxine "Pat" Brownfiel, 82, Corning, AR., passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Brownfiel was born in Corning, AR., on October 9, 1934. She was co-owner and operator of Brownfiel Oil Company. She enjoyed cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Corning, AR.
She married her husband of 53 years Mr. James Malcolm Brownfiel on March 11, 1950, he preceded her in death on April 19, 2003.
She is survived by children Larry Brownfiel of Corning, AR., Mona Hauser of Dubai, U.A.E., Rhonda and husband Greg Ahrent of Corning, AR.; seven grandchildren Melissa and husband Eric Woods, Jodi Brownfiel, Grace Hauser, Ann Hauser, Brittany and husband John Mark Lindsay, Josh Ahrent and wife Natalie, Jessica and husband Brandon Russom; 13 great-grandchildren Blake Woods and wife Caragan, Allison Woods, Hailey Bounds, Jade Bounds, Kate Lindsey, Clara Lindsey, Caroline Lindsey, Rylee Ahrent, Peyton Ahrent, Kinley Jo Ahrent, Emma Russom, Ellie Russom and Brady Russom.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son James “Jimbo” Brownfiel, Jr.; parents Ethan "East" and Flora Jane (Cunningham) Button; two brothers Carl and Carmen DeVille “Buck” Button.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. in the Corning Cemetery with Rev. Josh Raspberry officiating.
