Pearley Dixon

Pearley Christine Dixon, 84, a long-time resident of Corning, AR., passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 surrounded by family at home in Sherwood, AR. Pearley was born on February 27, 1940 to the late William Moore and Willie (Armstrong) Moore of Reyno, AR. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and visiting with family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith.

She married Billy Joe Dixon on September 20, 1969. They were married 45 years prior to his death on September 10, 2015.

She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Keech and grandson Drake Bratton of Sherwood, AR. Her sister Mary Freeman and nephew Kevin Freeman of Jonesboro, AR. Best friend Marty Cavitt, and several loving in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents.

Family would like to give special thanks to Arkansas Hospice for their compassion, support, and professional care.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the services at Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, AR.
