Peggy Miller, 81, of Corning, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Ms. Miller was born December 15, 1944, in Corning, Arkansas. She dedicated many years of service to her community as a C.N.A. and E.M.T. in Corning before retiring. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family, working jigsaw puzzles and reading. Above all, she cherished the time she shared with those she loved.

She is survived by her children, Richard Miller of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Tammy Miller of Athens, Georgia, Lori Duff of Corning, Arkansas and Danielle (Lonnie) Sutton of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Jamie (Jacob), Crystal, Justin, Logan and Lacey; and great-grandchildren, Malcolm and Brinley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Goldie and Clara (Brewer) Thomas; and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will follow at 12:00 noon at the Corning Cemetery with Pastor Sammy Worley officiating.
