Phillip Weaver

Mr. Phillip Wayne Weaver, 72, of Peach Orchard,AR., passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Green House Cottages of Belle Meade in Paragould, AR. Mr. Weaver was born in Biggers, AR., on December 25, 1946. He grew up in Corning, AR., and later joined the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After serving, he moved to Knobel, AR., and began working on the farm. He later took a job at Farm Service and retired after 37 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening, having cookouts and playing music with his friends. He was a rock of the community and will be missed by many. He was Church of Christ in faith.

Survivors include his son Kenny Weaver and wife Cindy of Paragould, AR.; grandchildren Brittany and husband Kenny Wright of Marmaduke, AR., Amy Weaver of Memphis, TN.; great-grandchildren Ryder and Ali Jo.

He was preceded in death by his parents Denver and Bessie (Helms) Weaver; brother Cleveland Weaver and sister Juanita Weaver.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR., with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 12:00 PM until leaving for the grave sight.
