Phylis Patrick

Ms. Phylis Patrick, 64, of Portia, AR., passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge, AR. Phylis was born November 17, 1956 in Tyronza, AR. She was a C.N.A. and had worked in factories during her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, fishing, sewing, and reading. She attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Pocahontas, AR.

Survivors include her children Johnny Patrick of Black Rock, AR., Robert (Heather) Patrick of Ravenden, AR., and Donna (Andrew) Jones of Portia, AR.; grandchildren Kyle, Andi, and Breezy Jones, T.J., Jerry, and Jamie Patrick; and great-grandchildren Rixtyn and Jericho.

She was preceded in death by her parents Richard Elijah and Vera Lucille (Morelock) Talley; Mike Thomas; and the father of her children, Bobby Patrick.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel, funeral services will begin 11:00 AM with Pastor Jerry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow the services at Bond Cemetery in Knobel, AR.
