Ralph Sterling

Mr. Ralph Hugh Sterling, 66, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday 22, 2013 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. Mr. Sterling was born in Meadville, PA., on March 29, 1947. He was a retired, having previously worked as a police officer, a bank loan officer and a security guard, he enjoyed gardening. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was awarded a Purple Heart during his service.

He married his wife Mari Grace (Braendle) Sterling on June 10, 2013 in Corning, AR., she survives. Other survivors include Bud and his sister-in-law Karen Harrison; nephews Kenny, Christopher and Timothy.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ann Ferris officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 1:00 PM until the time of service.

Burial will be at a later date in the Carson City Cemetery in Carson, MI.
