Richard Bruce Huffmaster

Rick Huffmaster, 75, of Cabot passed away November 9, 2021 at Woodland Hills Healthcare and Rehab in Jacksonville.

Mr. Huffmaster was born January 31, 1946 in Nash, TX. He was retired from the US Army Corp of Engineers Little Rock district where he served as a senior real estate appraiser. In addition to spending time with his family, he also enjoyed woodworking, often giving his beautiful projects to his friends and family, carving duck decoys and he was an avid duck hunter. Rick proudly served in the US Air Force. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Cabot.

On September 19, 1970, he married Betty Ermert. They recently celebrated their 51 ^st wedding anniversary. Other survivors include his sons Andy (Jody) Huffmaster of Cabot and Blake (Andrea) Huffmaster of Carlisle; brothers J. B. (Jeanette) Huffmaster, Jr. of Paragould and Fred (Diane) Huffmaster of Willisville; and grandchildren Hattie, Hannah, Ben, Hayden, and Jace.

He was preceded in death by his parents J. B. and Sarah (Haynes) Huffmaster and sister Deborah Mabou.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
