Mr. Richard Allen Witcher, 61, of Trussville, AL., passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at home. Mr. Witcher was born in Poplar Bluff, MO., on April 23, 1951. He was a distribution manager for Fleet Pride and Federal Mogul. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by children Rhett Witcher of Trussville, AL., Amber Witcher of Birmingham, AL., Ryan Witcher of Omaha, NE., Jacob Witcher of Oklahoma City, OK.; his father Glenn Witcher of Hot Springs, AR.; sisters Janet Waddell of Ironton, MO., Donna Thacker of Hot Springs, AR.; grandchildren Alexis, Carlie, Coridan, Caleb, Colby Witcher; and former wife Paula Ennis Witcher.
He was preceded in death by his mother Nelma Grace (Lee) Witcher.
Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 5:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 3:00 PM until the time of service.
