Riley Ward

Mr. Riley Spencer Ward, 78, of Piggott, AR., passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at home. Mr. Ward was born in Nimmons, AR., June 16, 1937. He was retired from Darling Store Fixtures, Paragould, AR., plant where he was an assembly worker. He was Pentecostal in faith.

He He is survived by his wife Mrs. Janie Mae (Parker) Ward, one son Jeff Ward of Rombauer, MO.; one daughter Patty Tarpley of Rombauer, MO.; three bothers Robert Ward, Donald Ward, John Mauldin; three sisters Ella Phillips, Sandra Copeland, Linda Drake; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven step-children; fifteen step-grandchildren; sixty three step-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Eula Ward on September 2, 1997; his parents Delmar Lee and Idean (Taylor)Ward; two sisters Shirley Martin and JoAnn Ward.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the services at Nimmons Cemetery in Nimmons, AR. Visitation will be held Monday, February 1, 2016 from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
