Mr. Robert Anthony “Festus” Walker, 57, of Bryson, TX., passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in Bryson. Mr. Walker was born in Blytheville, AR., on June 23, 1959. He was a diesel mechanic who enjoyed collecting and rebuilding antique farm equipment. He owned and operated an authentic chuck wagon and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his children Justin Walker and wife Daneyl, Travis Walker, and Emily Walker; mother Ava Mae (Rountree) Walker of Reyno, AR.; sister Angela and husband Luke Hoggard of Paragould, AR.; brothers David Walker of Reyno, AR., Forrest Walker of Odessa, TX.; four grandchildren; his good friend John McGee and many other friends in Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father David Oliver Walker; grandparents Arthur and Dora (Kent) Walker, Arthur Rountree and Ava (Moore) Davison.
The family will receive friends 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Reyno, AR. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, AR.
