Mr. Ronald Bernard Clement, 87, of Corning, AR., passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, AR. Mr. Clement was born in Reyno, AR., on September 28, 1927. He was a retired truck driver. Having drove 17 years for Yellow Freight and 19 years for Quality Dairy in St. Louis, MO. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during World War II.
He married his wife of 44 years Birdie Louise Clement on November 19, 1965. She preceded him in death on January 4, 2010.
He is survived by his children Vicki Antrainer of Covington, LA., Rhonda Gerlach of Reyno, AR., Rebecca Boudreaux of Harvey, LA., Reginald Clement of Beaufort, SC., Paul Reynolds of Winston-Salem, NC., Dianna Reynolds of Corning, AR; his brother Erman Clement of Temple, TX.; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents Victor and Gertrude (Warren) Clement and one grandson Andrew Antrainer.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Darrell Fears officiating. Burial will follow the service at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning with Military Honors. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
