Ruby Hart

Ruby Hart, 78, of Doniphan, MO., passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Hart was born January 8, 1946 in Couch, MO. She had worked as a medical records clerk. Ruby enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, and working at the local food pantry and voting precinct. She was a member of First Apostolic Church in Corning, AR., and loved to serve the Lord. She had a passion for sending birthday and anniversary cards to her church family.

On March 26, 1966, she married Jim Hart. They celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary last week. Other survivors include their daughter Lesia (Dwight) Sander of Doniphan, MO.; grandson Michael Turner of Slydell, LA.; great-grandchild Autumn, and many friends and her church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Demps and Mary (Burton) Melton.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 12:30 PM at the First Apostolic Church of Corning, AR. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Reverend Troy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow the services at Amity Cemetery in Doniphan, MO.
