Scott Cate

Mr. Scott Curtis Cate, 38, of Paragould, AR., passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 in Henderson, AR. Mr. Cate was born in Paragould, AR., on June 6, 1975. He was a self-employed Bar-B-Que Man, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, working with wood and cooking. He was a member of The Rock of NEA in Jonesboro, AR.

He married his wife Jennifer Annette (Horner) Cate on August 11, 2008. She survives, other survivors include his daughter Kaitlynn Cate of Pollard, AR.; three step-sons Will Arnold of Corning, AR., Bryan Arnold of Corning, AR., Seth Arnold of Paragould, AR.; his parents Dennis Doyne Cate and Donna Gail (Veal) Cate of Corning, AR.; grandparents Harry C. and Hazel Veal of Piggott, AR.

He was preceded in death by his brother Brian Cate; grandparents Phyllis and Doyne Cate.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Watson officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 6:00 PM until the time of service.
