Sharon Garver

Mrs. Sharon Diane Garver, 70, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at home. Mrs. Garver was born in McDougal, AR., on January 29, 1947. She was a head start cook, beautician and homemaker. She enjoyed listening to country music and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was of the Missionary Baptist faith.

She married her husband of 40 years Mr. Keith Layle Garver in McDougal, AR., on March 4, 1966. He preceded her in death on May 9, 2006.

She is survived by her son Keith T. Garver of McDougal, AR., her daughter Carletta (Kirk) Scobey of Corning, AR.; five grandchildren Heather (Clint), Mackenzie (Brent), Whitney (Nathan), Will and Ella; four great-grandchildren Paisley, Hadley, Holden, and Easton.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents Paul Carl and Roxie Ann (Ryan) Bolen.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 5:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel White officiating. Burial will follow the services at Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 3:00 PM until the time of services.
