Shelia Bowers, 75, of Current View, Missouri, passed away October 19, 2026, at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, Arkansas.

Mrs. Bowers was born May 8, 1951, in Lafe, Arkansas. She retired from Clay County Electric, where she dedicated many years of service. Shelia cherished the time she spent with her family, who brought great joy and meaning to her life. She held a special place in her heart for Henry, Rose, and Max. She was a faithful member of Grassylead Church of Christ in Corning.

Survivors include her sister, Billie (Lee) Byes of Current View, Missouri; her brother, Dan (Diane) Taylor of Corning; nieces and nephews, Trent Pyle, Dana Martin, Vicki Fitterling, Timothy Taylor and Todd Taylor; along with many other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lorene Taylor, and her niece, Samantha Walley.

Shelia will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for the time they shared with her and the special place she held in their lives.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Corning Cemetery. Burial will follow at the cemetery under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home.
