Shirley Trotter

Mrs. Shirley Sue (Lepard) Trotter, 69, of Victoria, MS., passed away Monday, May 5, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch, MS. Mrs. Trotter was born in Ashland, NR., on JUly 7, 1944. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing. She was of the Baptist faith.

She married her husband of thirty-five years Willis Trotter on June 25, 1964. He preceded her in death on November 1, 1999.

She is survived by her daughter Delilla Norman of Belton, TX.; two brothers Raymond Lepard of Victoria, MS., Harold “Bud” Lepard of Victoria, MS.; three sisters Peggy Rainey of Ripley, MS., Betty Campbell of Victoria, MS., Bobbie Courtney of Red Banks, MS.; one granddaughter Jessica Ray; one great-grandson David Olds; and special friend Julio Garcia.

She was preceded in death by her husbandTrotter; one daughter Darlene Glasco; her parents David Green and Vera Estelle (Hopkins) Lepard; two brothers Charlie Lepard, Randel Lepard and one sister Ruby Marise.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Cantwell Cemetery in Corning. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
