Sue Leach

Janetta Sue Leach, 76, of Corning passed away June 8, 2023 at Flo & Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Leach was born July 10, 1946. She was retired from Basler Electric and Darling Store Fixtures. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Corning.

On April 14, 1967, she married Jim Leach. They were married 25 years prior to his death on September 10, 1992.

Survivors include her son Jimmy (Linda) Leach of Corning; grandchildren Kendra Montana and Jessica Cates; great grandchildren Madison Montana, Makynna and Aubri Cates; sisters-in-law Debbie Purdom of Corning and Linda Leach of Pocahontas; and several other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her son Greg Leach on February 3, 2008, parents Vernon and Almarine Holland, brother Marvin Holland and step-mother Ella Holland.

Visitation will be Saturday June 10, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12 noon with Rev. Kevin Simmons officiating. Burial will be at Corning Cemetery.
