Thelma Irene Brewer

Mrs. Thelma Irene Brewer, 96, of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, AR. Mrs. Brewer was born in Corning, AR., on December 11, 1917. She was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Corning.
She married her husband of 47 years Ray Brewer in February of 1939. He preceded her in death on April 13, 1986.
She is survived by two sons Jim Brewer and wife Linda of Success, AR., Don Brewer and wife Fletta of Corning, AR.; four grandchildren Steve, Shana, Jeff, Tim; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents James Samuel and Ella (Boshears) Duff; one daughter Pat Travis; two sisters Dorothy Hagar and Mary Kazee.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel Brother Tim Brewer and Pastor Robert Moore officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Moday, November 17, 2014 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
