Thomas Dobbins

Mr. Thomas Cleo Dobbins, 82, of Maynard, AR., passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Westwood Hills Health and Rehab Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Dobbins was born in Hickoria, Arkansas on October 24, 1929. He was a truck driver, he was of the Baptist faith. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.

He is survived by his son Thommie Dobbins of Maynard, AR.; his daughter Pam Downer of Michigan; two brothers Buck Dobbins, Presley Dobbins; sister two step-daughters Sharon Black, Bonnie Gordon; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Henry Presley and Ester Fannie (Satterfield) Dobbins; Three brothers Leroy Dobbins, Lavern Tisdal,Cletus Dobbins and sister Silvia Pence.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Sunny Williams Officiating. Burial will follow the services in Redenbo Cemetery near Corning. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
