Mrs. Tina Marie “Buffy” Callahan, 57, of Pocahontas, AR., passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Saint Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR.
Mrs. Callahan was born in Walnut Ridge, AR., on September 27, 1960. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She attended Great Harvest Church, in Pocahontas, AR.
She married her husband of 26 years Mr. Johnny Junior Callahan on December 13, 1991. He survives, other survivors include her children Johnny Dwayne Callahan of Pocahontas, AR., Jennifer Lynne Campbell of Pocahontas, AR., Christina Faye and husband Joe Howard III of Pocahontas, AR.; her father Virgil W. Locke of Corning, AR.; one sister Brenda Tyler of Jacksonville, AR.; three grandchildren Christian Campbell, Dakota Howard, Shannon Greenway; three nephews; godson Kevin Mann; her special friends, nurses of Saint Bernard’s Home Health, Janice, Tonya, Virginia and Sherry.
She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Marie (Border) Locke: her brother Ronnie Locke, Sr., and one sister Charlotte Diane Locke.
Funeral service will be conducted at Great Harvest Church in Pocahontas, AR., Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jeff Hamm officiating. Burial will follow the service at Whittaker Cemetery near Walnut Ridge, AR. Visitation will be held at the church, Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the time of service. All arrangements at under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home.
