Todd Young

Todd Young, 55, of Knobel, passed away December 3, 2024 at Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy.

Mr. Young was born on June 19, 1969 in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was a farmer and held a degree in Agricultural Business from A. S. U. He was a member of Corning Masonic Lodge and Clay County Electric Board of Directors. Todd enjoyed fishing hunting, buying, and selling. He was a Christian and attended Success Church of Christ.

Survivors include his sons, Cole (Rhi) Young of Savannah, GA and Marshall Young of Brookland; parents Vern and Phyllis Young of Paragould; sister Tami (Jeff) Barber of Southside; grandchildren Sadie and Miah Young; niece and nephews Sarah, Jackson and Lucas Barber; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Leo and Berneice Young, Tommy and Faye Russell, Melvin Ennis.

Pallbearers will be Jason Horner, Jonathan Cate, Brian Davis, Joey Rice, Wade Walker and Vince Young.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Homes Inc., 5515 Walcott Rd., Paragould, AR 72450.

Visitation will be held Sunday December 8, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will be held Monday December 9 at the funeral home at 2 p.m. with Kent McDaniel and Johnathan Cate officiating. Burial will be at Bond Cemetery in Knobel.
