Tootsie Rapert

Mrs. Thelma “Toostie” Rapert, 79, of Delaplaine, AR passed away, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at home. Mrs. Rapert was born in Corning, AR., on June 06, 1938. She was a home-maker, she enjoyed both flower and vegetable gardening, working crossword puzzles and reading. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by eight children Dixie Conway of Peach Orchard, AR., Steve Rapert of Peach Orchard, AR., James Hinkle of Delaplaine, AR., Juanita Hinkle of Delaplaine, AR., Sandra Coley of Pocahontas, AR., Wesley Sollis of Delaplaine, AR., Mary Frances Hawkins of Pine Bluff, AR., Mary Ann Keen of Olathe, KS.; 32 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard L. Rapert; her parents Bascom Bedford and Nellie Mae (Wilder) Arnold; three children Rick Rapert, Rodney Rapert and Sharon Denning.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Grandson Steven Rapert officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
