Mrs. Trudy Colter, 72, of Neelyville, MO., passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. Mrs. Colter was born in Trumann, AR., on September 6, 1940. She was a clerk, cook, and homemaker. She enjoyed computers, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
She was married to her husband Donald Colter for 48 years. He survives, other survivors are one son Bob Smith of Corning, AR.; one daughter Angela and husband Bill Scott of Neelyville, MO.; four brothers Albert “Butch” Creameans, Larry Creameans, Jack Creameans, Jim Creameans; four grandchildren Shammie Reynolds, Tessa Stanley, Kelly Dodd, Amanda Schroeder; six great-grandchildren Caden Stanley, Riley Stanley, Kristen Reynolds, Cody Reynolds, Sam Dodd and Will Dodd.
She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Suzie Lou (Embrey) Creameans; one brother Charles “Dub” Creameans and one sister Mary Jones.
A Memorial service will be conducted Friday, August 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Family and Friends will gather for a visitation Friday, August 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM until the time of service.
