Mrs. Viola Leonard, 76, of Corning, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at home in Corning, AR. Mrs. Leonard was born in Success, AR., on October 25, 1936. She was a homemaker and factory assembly worker. She enjoyed bowling and working. She was Baptist in faith.
She married her husband Willard Leonaned on March 18, 1964. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1996.
She is survived by five daughters Donna Williams of Mountain Home, AR., Dana Lively of Mountain Home, AR., Dawn Burkheart of Corning, AR., Devon Wolner of Corning, AR., Lauren Jackson of Paragould, AR.; two brothers Willard “Tex” Thompson of Corning, AR., Danny Thompson of Corning, AR.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Haskel Willard "Tack" and Eva Mae (Fann) Thompson and one sister Neoma White.
Graveside funeral service will be conducted Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning with Gary Williams officiating.
