Wanda Cochran Talley

Mrs. Wanda M. Cochran Talley, 94, of Piggott, AR., passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at General Baptist Nursing Home in Piggott, AR. Mrs. Talley was born on Moark, AR., on January 15, 1924 to Samuel A. and Stella C. (Dowdy) Button. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She married her husband of 49 years Mr. Shelby L. Cochran on June 15, 1942, he preceded her in death on May 16, 1992. She later married Mr. Lloyd F. Talley on October 11, 1997, he also preceded her in death on August 18, 2006.

She is survived by her son Danny Cochran and wife Darlene of Corning, AR.; stepsons Gary Talley of Oklahoma, Larry Talley of Saint Peters, MO., Dennis Talley of Saint Charles, MO.; several grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

In addition to her two husbands and parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers Edward Button, Glen Button, Bobby Button; and sister Joann Crafton.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce McGrew officiating. Burial will follow the services in Black Cemetery, near Success, AR. Visitation will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
